How do I create a myEntrego account?

1. Create an account at https://my.entrego.com.ph/register -- you just need a valid email address and mobile number.
2. Once you have an activated account you can book a pick-up online

How do I book a pick-up with myEntrego?

1. Log into https://my.entrego.com.ph/
2. Click “BOOK A PICKUP”
3. Click “ADD A PACKAGE”
4. Input your pickup details and delivery details
5. Click “FINALIZE”
6. Your package will be picked up by a rider on the next business day.

How do I book a bulk pick-up with myEntrego?

1. Log into https://my.entrego.com.ph/
2. Once logged-in to your MyEntrego account, just click the “BOOK A PICK UP” your dashboard
3. Click “BULK UPLOAD”
4. Download the SAMPLE EXCEL TEMPLATE. Read through the guidelines and instructions carefully.
5. Open the excel template file, encode the necessary* booking information, and SAVE once done.
6. Once saved, go back to the booking page under BULK UPLOAD and select ATTACH. Wait for the template to finish attachment then select START UPLOAD.
7. Once the upload is finished, proceed to FINALIZE.

What are your shipping rates and packaging types?

NCR (Small & Large Pouch) : Php 90.00
Provincial (Small Pouch): Php 160.00
Provincial (Large Pouch) : Php 180.00

Small Plastic Pouch: 5”x12”
Large Plastic Pouch: 11.25”x17.25”

*All rates are VAT inclusive
*There is a mandatory insurance fee: Php 5 or 1.5%, whichever is higher, per package

What are your areas for pick-up and delivery?

We pick-up packages within Metro Manila and deliver nationwide in these areas: https://my.entrego.com.ph/coverage

How do I track myEntrego package?

Track your package here: https://tinyurl.com/EntregoTracking, input your full reference number (ex. RETL-3456ABCD).

When will my package be delivered?

NCR- max of 3 to 5 working days
Luzon- max of 5 to 7 working days
Visayas- max of 14 working days
Mindanao- max of 14 working days

*Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays
**These are our standard lead times, it is still best to check with your merchant or seller on the estimated delivery date of your package.
