Job Description

Responsible for Client performance reporting and incident reporting in coordination with Account Management Team Lead, Gateway Operations and Last Mile team and in compliance with the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement) per account assignment. The role is also responsible for the timeliness, accuracy and analysis of Service Performance .

Critical Accountabilities

  • Accurate resource planning based on volume of packages received
  • Eliminate losses, damages that result in Claims filing
  • Monitor and ‘Close’ any open order that are beyond the agreed SLA
  • Resolve or escalate Exemptions within 24H
  • Monitor and CLOSE Incident Reports in 72H
  • Submit Client related reports at 95% 
  • Practice strict coordination to achieve OTD SLA
  • Consolidate weekly reports
  • Monitor account performance
  • Collaborate with LM team
  • Address and resolve issues of non compliance
  • Health and Safety protocols and projects 
  • Polite, clear, concise, and updated feedback to internal and external customers
  • Act as group Team Leader from time to time

Qualifications

  • At least college level
  • With work experience in the following:
    1. Account Management
    2. Report analysis 
    3. Proficient in excel
  • MS Office proficient
