The role of Customer Service & Account Validator is to assist in follow-ups of deliveries and inquiries in able to complete and submit progressive report per client requirements.
- Performs as assistant to Account Team Leader/ Supervisor on clerical functions
- Sends email follow-ups to Hubs on
- Re-delivery instructions
- Unclear or vague POD/ FD status update
- Sends the required reports and feedback in a timely manner
- Report any noted discrepancies in system update to respective Team Leader/Supervisor.
- Act as (occasional) back-up for Account Representative
- At least high school graduate with experience in encoding and data processing
- Flexible and adaptable to stressful environment
- Process and Result oriented.
- Computer Literate and comprehensive knowledge/skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point and Excess) needed.
