The goal of the data analyst is primarily focused on the reconciliation of various clients. Performs accounting functions within the various financial systems, bank reconciliations, audit inquiries, and backup of other core cash management functions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing remittance of cash on a weekly basis, based on SLA with clients e.g.Shopee, Zalora etc.
• The role is primarily focused on the reconciliation of various clients.
• Performs accounting functions within the various financial systems, bank reconciliations, audit inquiries, and backup of other core cash management functions, e.g. validation of systems to ensure cash is properly secured and subsequently deposited, preparation of requests for payment of COD collections to respective clients and reports generation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in the accounting field;
• Has strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Strong background in data management and reporting;
• Computer literacy, mainly, Microsoft Excel and familiarity with the Internet and email communications;
• Good at multitasking and is detailed-oriented
