Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • Facilitate daily operations at the hub while maintaining an effective and productive teamwork amongst the team members to meet the operational standards of the shift

Key Areas:  

  • Monitor daily receiving and dispatch operations at the hub
  • Monitor inbound and outbound cargoes
  • Manage AUV requests in Jarvis
  • Monitor and ensure compliance to the timely updating of trackers
  • Oversee hub inventory
  • Lead 15-minute daily huddle and report any operational irregularities to Hub OIC
  • And all other tasks and responsibilities that may be deemed required by the management


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Familiarity with Courier, Express delivery operations
  • At least 6 months experience in Logistics or 3PL companies
  • Computer literate
  • Good communication skills
  • Strict personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team-based environment
