Job Description

Dispatcher - Team Leader
Facilitate daily operations, manage the team and provide effective guidance
Facilitate daily operations while maintaining an effective and productive teamwork among the team members to meet the operational standards of the shift


1. Ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration with team members
2. Ensure standardization of operational processes based on work instructions and SOP
3. Providing reports and operational updates to management
4. Indentifying and solving hub problems
* Monitor and maintain timekeeping and attendance of riders and partner AUVs
*Monitor daily receiving and dispatch operations at the hub
* Monitor inbound and outbound cargoes
* Manage AUV requests in Jarvis
* Monitor and ensure compliance to the timely updating of trackers:
* Oversee hub inventory
* Lead 15-minute daily huddle and report any operational irregularities to Hub OIC
* And all other tasks and responsibilities that may be deemed required by the management

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Any experience in related business an advantage
  • Familiarity with Courier, Express delivery operations
  • With good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team-based environment
  • Knowledgeable in basic computer applications such as word, excel and powerpoint
  • People development skills to motivate and empower all people to achieve their maximum potential
  • Leadership skills to attain individual and group goals
