Responsible for day-to-day Operations in terms of timeliness and accuracy of data processing, bagging, physical dispatch of packages within the agreed KPI. This also includes accuracy, timeliness of daily reporting and closing of exemptions; be it Open Orders, and held packages due to client non-compliance and/or non-service area.
Critical Accountabilities
- Achieve CPP (Cost per Package) Target
- Manpower planning based on volume forecast
- Package Weight (Actual/ Volume) capture efficiency
- Ensure actual weight and DIM weight of all received packages are captured and uploaded in the system
- Reduce Claims
- Eliminate losses, damages that result in Claims filing
- Achieve on-time performance (dispatch)
- Ensure on-time processing and dispatch of packages per agreed SLA
- Achieve Sort Accuracy
- Limit issues of mis-routed packages due to incorrect sorting and bagging
- Reduce Open Orders
- Monitor and ‘Close’ any open order that are beyond the agreed SLA
- Report Management
- Exemptions within 24H
- Incident Reports ‘closed’ in 72H
- Client related reports at 95%
- EHS Compliance
- Health and Safety protocols and projects
- Project Completion and roll-out
- Periodic review of SOP, and 2Ps to ensure effectiveness and accuracy
- Implementation and use of;
- a. Delivery stickers for Non-standard packages
- b. Security stickers for High Value packages
Requirements
- College graduate of any related course in Management
- With 2 years of work experience in the following:
- Operations Environment
- Process Improvement
- Resource Planning
- Reports Management
- MS Office proficient and Basic Written and Verbal communication
