Job Description

The goal of the Associate Manager – HR Operations is to act as a bridge between HR and employees across the organization. It will be responsible for a wide range of tasks such employee and labor relations, benefits administration, data entry into HCM system and reporting, process and policy improvement and implementation.
  • Provide support to active and former employees, serving as the main point of contact for every program or policy inquiries and other HR-related requests and concerns
  • Coordinate and deliver timely training to all new hires and managers on HR-related processes, tools and resources available
  • Maintain employee data in HCM system with utmost confidentiality
  • Execute benefits administration processes and improvements
  • Prepare high volume on-demand key requests such as employment letters and make them available to employees in the less possible time
  • Prepare customized reports as required by the organization and answer data interpretation queries; improve reporting capabilities by identifying repetitive requests and standardizing when possible
  • Investigate and evaluate employee complaints and arguments to determine validity
  • Identify gaps, missing or wrong information at the company’s documentation and/or processes that need to be optimized and address it immediately.
  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree course with 5-7 years of solid HR Generalist experience
  • Background and exposure to different HR facets
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability in delivering effective communications both verbal and written
  • Proven expertise in using MS applications (Google Suite Applications is a plus)
