HRIS Analyst

Job Description

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the overall data quality in the system as well as system configuration and maintenance to ensure that the entire employee life cycle is processed and captured accurately in the system. This is a multidimensional role, responsible not only for the data correctness and completion but also acts as the functional support for any system, data and reporting related issues, gaps and opportunities.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design, implementation and management of HR Systems, Data and Reporting capabilities of the People and Culture Group and provide insights to meet the needs of business
  • Act as the central point of reference for HR Master Data flows in collaboration with different teams across Entrego
  • Streamline HR processes and help manage the HR System as well as organizing, auditing, cleansing and uploading HR data
  • Partner with relevant internal stakeholder groups in ensuring the reporting needs are met by the reporting platforms and HR system
  • Promote and monitor the consistent and correct use of People Data across Entrego
  • Contribute to the development of HR processes, policies and projects of the People and Culture Group
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree course with 3-5 years hands on HR Systems experience (systems administrator or end user)
  • Ability to influence and resolve system issues that may arise
  • Proven expertise in using MS Applications such as Excel (Google Suite Applications is a plus) – e.g. Pivot tables, Charts, Formulas
  • Background and exposure to different HR facets
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability in delivering effective communications both verbal and written
