L&D and Employee Engagement Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a L&D and Employee Engagement Manager to join our growing People and Culture team! This is an individual contributor role and will report to the Director of People and Culture. This newly created role will be based officially in BGC, Taguig but will temporarily be on work from home set up.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Director, People & Culture and HR Business Partners to provide strategic approach to employee engagement and learning & development and initiate the ground work on the initiatives.  Playing a vital role in engaging all Entrego employees.  This is done through exploring how we work together in new ways by designing & implementing dynamic internal initiatives that embed and develop our culture and values.
  • Take the lead role in coming up with initiatives to help improve the way we listen, communicate, engage and motivate staff. 
  • To help design & implement the Entrego employee engagement strategy in collaboration with HR Business Partners to be able to have a motivated and engaged workforce.
  • To ensure that the development and delivery of effective engagement tools are continually developed, improved and maintained to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.  
  • Develop long-term strategies and key initiatives to promote and achieve a culture of excellence and employee engagement
  • Develops employee recognition strategies, including reviewing, evaluating, and making recommendations for departmental rewards and recognition programs
  • Participates in ongoing analysis of key engagement trends and develop, evaluate and implement new processes to continually enhance our culture
  • Collects timely data to support institutional initiatives through focus groups, surveys, town halls, one-on-one interviews, and other methodology; evaluates and applies the data to support decisions
  • Identify learning and development needs by understanding the business requirements and regular consultation with internal stakeholders.
  • Development and execution of training courses on a regular basis
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
  • Lead initiatives to continuously improve the design and execution of training programs and training materials
  • Create strong working relationships with our stakeholders in creating modules and delivering the trainings
  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and adjust the plans accordingly
  • Keep up with the external training trends, developments and best practices and re-apply where necessary
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Minimum 5 years in L&D / Employee Engagement function
  • Demonstrated track record of creating and driving talent and learning programs that positively impact employee engagement, calibrate talent with rigor, deepen succession and increase organizational capability
  • Ability to think and plan strategically but follow through and act on the tactical requirements needed
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with proven experience in influencing, engaging, and partnering with audiences of all levels.
  • Works well with ambiguity to come up with win-win solutions to best serve both stakeholders expectations and organizational needs.
  • thrive in a fast paced organization, matrix organization that's constantly changing, with the ability to prioritize work efficiently
  • Strong skills in powerpoint and excel / gsuite
