Job Description

Responsible for providing legal advice across the full range of legal matters affecting the business of the Entrego Group of Companies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear and sensible legal advice to the management committee and other business stakeholders on all legal issues affecting the main businesses of Entrego Group, other business ventures, and support functions
  • Responsible for contract drafting, review, negotiation, and management of contracts
  • Provide legal support on regulatory and compliance processes, including data protection, competition, intellectual property, labor and social legislations, and other relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop and launch key compliance initiatives, including the development and delivery of training programs within the organization
  • Manage all aspects of resolution of disputes, litigation, and regulatory matters affecting the business of the Entrego Group
  • Manage corporate secretaries and external counsels, as may be required by the business
  • Build and establish relationships with key government agencies and local government units; representing and advocating the Entrego Group’s policy positions on issues of importance to the business
  • Handle of data protection activities and issues of the Entrego Group
  • Build and manage relationships with the shareholders and their legal counsels

Job Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in top tier law firm or large corporation
  • Extensive legal experience on the following areas: corporate, commercial contracts, labor, data privacy, litigation
