Job Description

Acts as a liaison between the organization and its projects. Responsible for delivering the project on time, on budget, and within scope and within agreed quality standards. This role is to ensure that all projects in the company are properly executed and documented.

Critical Accountabilities

  • High Impact Projects
    • Leads the overall planning, control, status reporting, stability and delivery of part of a work stream of a large project / a small project (single area or product) to ensure that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope, budget and resource requirements
    • Identifies and controls issues, drives resolution, and escalates issues accordingly
    • Conducts project governance in adherence to standards
    • Conducts regular reviews and communicates project information to stakeholders
    • Reviews actual project cost against budget
    • Reviews project compliance against health and quality standards
  • Adhoc, Low, and Medium Impact Projects
    • Oversees the delivery, completion, and control of adhoc, low, and medium impact projects
  • Performs project documentation based on agreed methodology
  • Identifies lessons learned
  • Reviews performance of project against approved business case
  • Periodic reporting of progress to all stakeholders in accordance to communications pla ncommunicates such to all stakeholders
  • Identify resources for the project, and define the roles, responsibilities, and SMEs required
  • Motivate the project team to accomplish tasks according to the project plan
  • Manage the performance of the project team and escalate accordingly


  • Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering, Business, or Operations Management field
  • Business: 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
  • IT: 3-5 years experience in IT systems implementation
  • Working knowledge on project management methodologies
  • Preferably with a Professional Project Management Certification (i.e., IPMA Level D, PMI CAPM/PMP, Prince 2 Foundation)
  • Required Competencies and Proficiency Levels:
    • Project management communication, with focus on cross-functional collaboration
    • Project management, planning, and organizing
    • Knowledge on project management tools and methodologies
    • Management of stakeholders
    • Management of change
