Critical Accountabilities
- On-time Fulfillment of FTE demands
- Assess candidates if they fit the open demands
- Conduct HR interview, endorse candidates to interviewers (Skills and Final)
- Extend of job offer to shortlisted candidate
- Monitor closed and open demands
- Pipeline management
- Effective Job Offer negotiation
- Prepare Salary Analysis for approval of HR Business Partner
- Extend the approved offer to the candidate
- Smooth coordination with stakeholders
- Build relationships with hiring managers to provide guidance, expertise, collaboration and team work to hire the best talent for the team
- Build good candidate relationship and provide excellent candidate experience
- Understanding recruiting demands and specific skill profiles for the respective entity
- Identify issues and recommend actions
- Timely and accurate reporting
- Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request
- Update trackers regularly for timely reporting
- Other functions deemed fit for the proper execution of the above and other duties as may be delegated by the TA Senior Manager
- Process Improvement
Requirements
- College graduate
- At least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter (Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist)
- End to end recruitment or specific Sourcing and Onboarding experience is an advantage
