Critical Accountabilities
- Monitor daily the target load per rider
- Conduct daily inventory of aging packages
- Daily closing of exemption
- Conduct daily planning to prevent any additional cost on space capacity
- Regularly run the E2E dashboard
- Regular check on forward SLA dashboard and conduct corrective action on misses
- Conduct daily planning and make sure to hit the target load per rider
- Regular check on E2E dashboard
- Conduct daily check on failed delivery reasons and the integrity of the tagging
- Conduct daily check on failed delivery reasons and the integrity of the tagging
- Daily sending of pending unreturned POD
- Regular check on delivered packages and follow up on the sending of PODs
- Conduct daily inventory and system reconciliation
- Conduct regular training in IR reporting
- Conduct weekly check on project updates and completion
- Daily check and reconciliation of problematic packages
Qualifications
- 4 years graduate of any course
- 5 years experience in logistics industry and supply chain management
- Forward planning and strategic thinking
- Interpersonal skills
- Problem solving and decision making
- Organization and delegation
- Mentoring
