Job Description

Basic Activities:
  • Daily check on OTD via Tableau
  • Weekly check on open orders in Tableau
  • Facilitating weekly meeting with the group and external partners
  • Indentifying and address problems
  • Complete knowledge and enforcement (including write-ups) of all company policies and procedures is required, adherence to and following of each procedure is required       
  • Implementing measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department and work crew and equipment performance    
  • Developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks       
  • Suggest and recommend areas for improvement within the hub operations to streamline processes       
  • Negotiate and support logistics costs meant for logistics suppliers assisting yearly budget goals       
  • Strategize to meet all KPI/SLA of company clients are met, COD Remittance, Delivery, Open Orders, Document Returns, RTS and Reporting       
  • Develops employee programs, rewards and programs to create a motivating evironment for employee       
  • Send weekly operation updates to Associate Director       
  • Support worker communication with the management team       
  • Ensure local permits are filed and monitor       
  • Negotiate and support logistics costs meant for logistics suppliers assisting yearly budget goals
  • With at least 8 years experience in Supply Chain 
  • Analytical Skills
  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Negotiation skills
