The Sale Associate is generally responsible for providing administrative support to Industry Managers and the Commercial Department, requiring a strong knowledge of office operations and sales processes. We are looking for an individual who will manage, administer and organize all commercial and sales support activities in cooperation with, and under the direct supervision of an Industry Manager and/or the Head of Business Development.
Critical Accountabilities
- Sales Associate
- Provides support to Industry Managers in preparing sales proposals including materials such as pricing templates, document templates and sales presentations.
- Displays a comprehensive understanding of client requirements and Entrego’s operational capabilities
- Coordinates directly with the Yield Management team in ensuring that the appropriate pricing templates are used for proposals
- Works under the Key Accounts Sales Executive (KAE) to coordinate with different departments such as Operations, Finance and IT to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of various project requirements
- Client Management
- Monitors daily issues and together with the KAE, coordinates with the concerned department to resolve the issues.
- Reviews billing-related issues and helps the KAE with coordinating with the Client to resolve
- Occasionally will be asked to join a client meeting to record minutes.
- Works with KAE in preparing and finalizing presentation materials used for the periodic client business/operations review of different clients.
- File Management, Documentation and Record Keeping
- Maintains, organizes and updates the central electronic filing system of the Commercial group
- Ensures that all commercial files are updated to current versions, while maintaining historical files in a central archive
- Responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of the department’s central file database
- Generally responsible for the documentation and recording of meeting minutes, highlights and agreements and communicating these to all stakeholders
- Regularly assists the KAE and the Industry Manager in updating the CRM app.
- Schedule Management
- Directly responsible for managing the schedules and appointments of the Industry Manager and/or KAEs for both internal and external meetings
- Manages schedule conflicts and directly coordinates with parties involved to address these conflicts
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
- With excellent written and oral communication skills
- Minimum 2-year experience in an administrative role or sales support role in a logistics company
- Highly analytical, solutions-oriented and goal-focused
- Solid organizational skills with extremely high attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
