Sourcing Analyst - Cebu

Job Description

The Sourcing Analyst supports the Talent Acquisition team in finding, sourcing, attracting and hiring talent that fits the requirements of the organization. He/ she will be the person in charge in strategizing and executing sourcing activities to ensure we have enough pool in fulfilling the demands in Visayas.
 
Critical Accountabilities:
  • Healthy talent pipeline
    • Manage and monitor different job boards, recruitment channels, trackers Source passive candidates
    • Source passive candidates
    • Search resume databases for ideal candidates
    • Utilize social media to promote employer brand and attract talents
    • Communicate effectively with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure demands are clear prior to actual sourcing
  • Quality candidates for processing
    • Carefully review applicants and identify most qualified for a given position
    • CV screening/ initial interview to ensure proper validation and conversion of candidates
  • On-time Fulfillment of FTE demands
    • Build a robust and consistent talent pool to find qualified candidates, both active and passive
    • Post job advertisements in different job boards (as applicable) to ensure steady flow of applications
  • Timely and accurate reporting
    • Maintain applicant data needed in developing sustainable recruiting strategies
    • Update trackers regularly for timely reporting
  • Other functions deemed fit for the proper execution of the above and other duties as may be delegated by the Talent Acquisition Senior Manager
    • Process improvement
Requirements:
  • College graduate with at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Sourcing Coordinator or HR Coordinator (can be Recruitment or Sourcing)
  • Experience in Employer branding and Recruitment marketing is an advantage
  • Exposure to ATS/ HR Tools is preferred
