The goal of the Regional Transport Supervisor is to supervise and oversee the overall operations of his/her hubs.

Critical Accountabilities

• Actual CPP less than or equal to target forward CPP
• Ensuring that all packages are loaded to truck meeting the target cost of less than Php 15.00
• Cost reduction per trip in coordination with Vendor Management
• Truck Utilization
• Ensuring that loading of cargoes are maximize more than 85% of the truck capacity
• Reduce claims
• Ensuring that the loading process are correctly apply to avoid damages or pilferages
• On time Transfers and Withdrawal at Delivery Hub
• Ensuring that all trucks are dispatch based on the given cut offs per route
• Campaign Traffic Management
• Ensures that truck schedule is followed during campaigns
• 100% compliance to reporting requirements
• Compliance on timely updating of our reports
• Exceptions Handling
• Ensures that exceptions are addressed within 24 hours
• 100% compliance on EHS guidelines
• Compliance on health and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Graduate of any four (4) or five (5) year course
• At least 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding
• Proficient oral and written communication
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
